La Transfiguración

O Lord, praise and thanksgiving for all Your graces and
blessings. You are the Light of the World Who takes away all
darkness and sin.

Open, O Lord, my eyes, so that I may see the beauty of Your
creation and of your ineffable love.

Enlighten, O Lord, my thoughts, so that I may understand
the truth that Moses and Elijah bring, that You are indeed the One
foretold by the Prophets and the Commandments.

Bless, O Lord, my heart, so that I may trust fully in Your
power and protection.

Take away, O Lord, my fear of descending from my Mount
Tabor of glory, towards my Jerusalem of suffering, because by
Your passion and death, You have redeemed me.

All my doubts, fears, trials, plans and dreams, I offer to You.

My life, my family, and my community, I also offer to Your
redeeming light and love.

Allow me, O Lord, to heed your call for compassion and
service to others.

May I thus be counted among God’s faithful children so that
one day, the Father may also say, “This is My beloved son, in
whom I delight.”

Amen.

O Panginoón, papuri at pasasalamat sa lahát ng Iyóng biyayà
at pagpapalà. Ikáw ang Liwanag ng Sanlibután na pumawì sa
kadiliman ng mundó at sa kasamaáng bumabalot sa tao.

Buksán Mo, Panginoón, ang aking mga matá at nang aking
masilayan ang kagandahan ng Iyóng nilikhâ at dakilang
pagmamahál.

Basbasán Mo, Panginoón, ang aking isipan upang
maunawaan ang katotohanang hatíd niná Moises at Eliás na Ikáw
ngâ ang katuparan ng mga hulà ng mga Propeta at Kautusán.

Liwanagan Mo, Panginoón, ang aking pusò upang
matutuhang magtiwalà sa Iyóng kapangyarihan at pagkalingà.

Alisín mo, Panginoón, ang aking pagkatakot na bumabâ sa
bundók ng Tabór ng kaluwalhatian, patungo sa Herusalém ng
aking paghihirap at pagtitiís, sapagká’t sa Iyóng pagtanggáp ng
paghihirap, akó’y Iyóng iniligtás.

Lahát ng aking agam-agam, pangambá, pagsubok, mga plano
at adhikain ay aking itinataás sa Iyó.

Isinusukò ko ang aking buhay, pamilya, at pamayanán sa
Iyóng mapagpalayang liwanag ng pag-ibig.

Pahintulutan Mo pô na lagì akóng makatugón sa Iyó sa
pagmamalasakit at paglilingkód sa kapwà.

Nawá’y akó’y magíng tapát na anák Mo at magtiwala na
balang araw, masabi rin ng Amá na, “Ito ang minamahál Kong
anák na labis Kong kinalulugdán.”
